• Proactively manage a volume of business by reviewing a client’s risk and claims history and providing coverage and solutions accordingly.
• Ensure maximum retention of existing clients by providing exceptional service through regular communication.
• Respond to phone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the Client Executive in the growth of business volume.
