Commercial Insurance Advisor - IBU Service team

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our Commercial IBU Service team at BrokerLink. As a Commercial Insurance Advisor on our Independent Business Unit (IBU) – Service team, you’ll build trusted relationships with small business clients and tailor insurance coverage to protect what matters most.

In this role, you will provide expert advice, offer solutions, respond to inquiries, and upsell and cross‑sell commercial insurance products—helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Job schedule: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

• Provide front‑line Commercial Insurance sales and customer service for small businesses.
