Compensation
Starting Salary Opportunity: $96,000+ (base pay depends on experience and skills)
Target bonus: $24,000, discretionary long‑term incentive awards possible.
Location Toronto Office, 5 days/week in office.
Role Summary The Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for implementing and managing zero‑based budgeting processes, working closely with departments to develop detailed budget plans, analyze financial performance, and align with company goals.
