Commercial finance manager

B. Com Honours in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous. 3–6 years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting. Experience in multi-site or multi-branch operations preferred. Strong Excel, financial modelling, and ERP system experience. Ability to analyse financial data and provide commercial insights. Strong attention to detail with excellent reporting and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Analyse site profitability, margins, costs, and operational performance. Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support commercial decision-making. Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, and ROI assessments. Improve financial reporting processes and internal controls. Support and mentor junior finance team members.
