Commercial Finance Business Partner

Finance at the heart of commercial decision making. This isn't a role where you spend your days producing reports that disappear into inboxes. As our Commercial Finance Business Partner, you’ll work alongside Sales, Category, Operations and Finance leaders to understand what’s driving performance, challenge assumptions and shape commercial decisions across one of New Zealand's largest dynamic fresh produce businesses. You’ll become the financial owner of our NZ Grower Pools—analysing performance, reconciling complex data, building forecasts and providing insights that influence decisions affecting both our business and our grower partners across New Zealand and international markets. It’s a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and being the person others rely on when the numbers need to be right.
