The Opportunity
The Commercial Director – UK will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Glanbia Performance Nutrition UK’s commercial success and long-term growth ambition.This role has full P&L ownership (~£90m NSV) and leads the end-to-end Commercial and Customer Strategy agenda, including Sales, Trade Strategy, Category and Shopper Marketing. There is an additional close working relationship with the RGM team, and experience in this field is highly valuable. The business has grown at a rate of 20% since 2022, and has a CAGR outlook of +10% through to 2030.As a key member of the UK Leadership Team, this position is responsible for defining and executing a joined-up commercial and trade strategy across all channels — Grocery, Convenience, E-Commerce, Specialty and High Street — ensuring delivery of profitable, sustainable growth.
