Commercial Director, Startup

We’re working with a fast-growing startup in the lifestyle space that is looking to hire a Commercial Director to join its leadership team in Kuala Lumpur.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants full ownership of revenue, strategy, and commercial performance within a scaling business. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end commercial agenda across sales, pricing, channels, and partnerships, while taking full accountability for P&L and sustainable growth. The role also involves identifying new markets and revenue streams, leading key negotiations, and building a high-performing commercial team. As the business continues to expand, you will play a key role in shaping strategy and supporting future growth initiatives.
