The Role

We’re GeoComply – a leading geolocation and cybersecurity company. The Legal Counsel will manage a variety of legal projects, serve as a trusted business partner across commercial and operational functions, and provide strategic support for our global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, interpret, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including NDAs, customer, license, consulting, leasing, vendor, and data processing agreements.
• Collaborate with the broader Legal team to develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy across commercial functions and subsidiaries.
• Strategize with internal stakeholders on global expansion matters, ensuring new business opportunities are pursued in a legally compliant manner.
• Advising on privacy and data protection initiatives, including compliance, risk identification, mitigation, internal governance, and contractual matters.
