Commercial Contracting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full commercial project lifecycle, including bid assessment, contract development, execution, and final handover.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
• Handle large volumes of complex agreements, applying strong attention to detail and solid commercial acumen.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project Delivery) to ensure commercial alignment with business objectives and project requirements.
• Identify potential contractual and commercial risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress, deliverables, invoicing milestones, and payment terms using internal systems.
• Manage billing processes and actively follow up to ensure timely payments and collections.
