Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Alor Setar or Sungai Petani. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable banking products and services. Responsibilities include managing and growing customer accounts, cross-selling banking solutions, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen customer engagement. The role involves conducting regular client meetings, preparing financial proposals, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, support credit assessments, and contribute to sales targets and branch performance.
