Job Description
Lead the development and improvement of work processes and systems across business units applying the core competencies of thermal and fluid sciences in the specialized areas of combustion and emissions science. Obtain input and negotiate with stakeholders to provide input related to analysis, design optimization, feasibility studies, or architecture definition. Use systems knowledge and expertise to make decisions in the areas of medium term project direction including conducting analysis and testing for successful progression of projects. Create, manage, improve and apply processes including Pre Program Planning, (PPP), Product Preceding Technology, (PPT), Value Package Introduction (VPI), Value Package Change (VPC), Engineering Standard Work (ESW), Functional Excellence Practice (FEP) required to support the processes and enable high quality decision making.
