Main Purpose of the Position

To become the colour and paint mixer within the branch.

Core Activities Accurate and prompt colour matching. Effective management of mixing orders. Maintenance of all mixing equipment. Housekeeping and 5’S. Stock management – rotation of stock, stock takes and over mixes. Accurate record keeping of all orders. Competencies Required Colour matching. Product knowledge. Computer literacy – Excel, Word and Outlook. Qualifications Required Grade 12 with a minimum of 5 years paint‑mixing experience. Valid driver’s license. Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills linked to high customer‑service standards. Must be able to prioritise orders – plan and organise accordingly. Effective problem‑solving abilities.
