Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and all applicable legislation Manage and coordinate all engineering maintenance and capital projects on site Ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance of all equipment and infrastructure Oversee engineering budgets, cost control, and resource planning Lead and manage engineering teams and contractors to achieve operational targets Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Implement and maintain effective risk management and safety standards Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support operational objectives Establish and maintain electrical and water reticulation systems on site Key Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Sound technical and problem‑solving ability Good planning, organising, and decision‑making skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills High level of accountability and attention to detail
