We are seeking an experienced and persistent Collections Specialist to join the Accounts Receivable team of a growing nursing home chain. This role is responsible for contacting patients, family members, and responsible parties regarding outstanding balances, copays, and past‑due accounts while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
