Collections Specialist: Hire Purchase + Growth & Benefits

Ricardo is seeking a proactive Collections Executive to manage recovery of hire purchase instalments and support the health of the financing portfolio. You will reach out to customers, monitor delinquent accounts and coordinate recovery with stakeholders to minimize credit risk while maintaining professional customer experience.

Requirements include a Diploma, at least 2 years in Collections/AR, strong English, ability to converse in Chinese, and proficient Excel skills.
