Collections Specialist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to support accounts receivable efforts for an organization based in Burnsville, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining healthy cash flow by following up on outstanding balances, resolving payment issues, and building productive communication with customers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling both commercial and consumer collections in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence to secure timely payment.
