Job Description
Job Summary
The Collections Officer is responsible for the evaluation of past due portfolio and assures that total delinquency rate of assigned bucket is maintained at a minimum and acceptable level.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current.
- Ensures that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in collections gained from banks or other financial institutions.
- Work experience from credit card, personal loan or telecommunication companies may also be considered.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
