Collections Analyst: Drive Cash Flow & Payment Resolution

AppDirect seeks a proactive Collections Analyst to manage end-to-end collection activities, review aging, and follow up on overdue payments with customers. You will work with Finance, Billing, Sales, and CS to resolve disputes and ensure cash flow.

Requirements include a Finance/Accounting degree and 2–3 years in AR/collections, with experience in NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential; a fast-paced SaaS environment is a plus.
