Collection Specialist (CSR)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Collections Specialist / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage past-due accounts while providing excellent customer service. This role involves contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, resolving billing issues, and maintaining detailed records—all while upholding a positive and respectful approach to customer interactions.

• Hs Graduate (old curriculum), SHS graduate, college Undergrad, college Graduate
• With or without experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
