The tibits family in St. Gallen is looking for a new member to support the dedicated team immediately or by arrangement, working an 80% schedule.

Your tasks:

• Production of freshly made salads, fruit juices & sandwiches
• Provision of the patisserie & breakfast offerings
• Setting up & supervising the salad buffet
• Mise en place of hot dishes
• Cleaning & dishwashing duties
• Quantity calculations according to recipe specifications
• Adherence to basics, quality and product specifications as well as work processes
