Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) to provide high-quality psychological therapy across our client sites. The successful candidate will assess, treat, and support individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychological assessments. Develop and deliver individualised CBT treatment plans. Provide one-to-one CBT interventions for a range of mental health conditions. Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals. Provide psychoeducation and promote recovery and wellbeing.
