Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked to the required standard
- Allocation of duties and ensuring smooth operations within the kitchen
- Oversee kitchen-related duties, including stock checks, inventory management, and ordering of supplies
- Uphold strict kitchen cleanliness and ensure all food is stored, prepared, and presented safely and hygienically
- Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
- Able to withstand long hours of standing
- Able to accept non-air-conditioned environment
- Willing to accept and comply with the company's deployment arrangements
