Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team, ensuring excellent service. Shape and maintain the café culture and standards. Contribute to branding, style and product quality. Qualifications Strong coffee knowledge and confidence in coffee operations. Operationally strong, highly organised, and people-oriented. Experience in a daytime, 40‑hour contract environment preferred. Employment Details Contract: 40‑hour, daytime-only. Open seven days a week with a variety of daytime shifts.
