The incumbent provides training to franchisees and their employees based on identified mandates or during restaurant openings, transfers, or renewals within a designated region.
Training covers management, kitchen operations, customer service, and fruit preparation.
Based on their level of expertise and assigned mandates, the role also supports franchisees in improving restaurant profitability while ensuring compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Human Resources (training) all within a naturally supportive and collaborative environment.
