At ABALOBI, we help small‑scale fishing communities engage the market from a position of strength. We’re looking for an experienced programme leader to drive our Co‑operative Support Journey (CSJ) — a six‑stage incubator that takes fishing co‑operatives from foundational governance all the way to commercial independence.

This is a role for someone who is equally at home building a portfolio‑level programme framework and sitting with a co‑operative board working through their first pricing model. Boardroom thinking and remote coastal travel, in equal measure.
