Description OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for CNC Swiss Set Up Operator I who is responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines to produce precision components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the setup of CNC Swiss machines for production runs, including loading materials, securing workpieces, and installing tooling Learn to interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to understand machining requirements Assist in the operation of CNC Swiss machines to produce parts with tight tolerances and complex geometries Learn basic CNC programming skills to input tool offsets, adjust machine settings, and perform minor program edits Perform basic maintenance tasks on CNC Swiss machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged components Monitor machining processes and make adjustments ...
