Job Title: CNC Set-Up & Operator
Location: Victor, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Operator to join a manufacturing team in Victor, NY. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong setup experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and offsets.

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $30.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)

Shift:

  • Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC machines including tooling, holders, vises, and fixtures
  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and machine manuals to determine setup requirements
  • Machine soft jaws and fixtures as needed
  • Set work piece coordinates and establish tool offsets
