CNC Operator Hourly Rate: £14.89 - £16.06 (depending on experience), with progression through pay grades Role Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience across CNC machining processes and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines in accordance with company standards and production requirements Maintain strict adherence to health & safety guidelines and 5S workplace standards Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and datum setting Ensure high-quality output while meeting production targets Skills & Experience Essential Experience working with OSAI CNC controllers (critical requirement) Strong understanding of CNC machining principles Ability to carry out tool changes and machine setup Desirable (but not essential) 3-Axis CNC Routing Knowledge of 2D sheet metal components Experience cutting aluminium materials Exposure to VWM / Technos 38 machines 5-Ax...
