Job Description
**Job Title: CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated CNC operators to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, running programs, checking parts with gauges and tools, performing grinding and surface finishing, changing tools, and making minor offsets and pickups at machine controls.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate machinery and equipment with minimal supervision.
+ Utilize micrometers and gauges to measure and assure conformance and product quality.
+ Complete and maintain all records and logs.
+ Interrupt machine cycle as needed and restart.
+ Calibrate gauges to master gauges provided.
+ Reset dull or damaged cutters.
+ Communicate problems to the shift supervisor.
+ Maintain housekeeping standards.
+ Meet quality and production requirements.
+ Provide feedback on process, work instruction, and quality performance/concerns.
+ Perform miscellaneous duties...
