CNC & Manual Lathe Machinist (Precision/Micro-Machining)

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist with experience in both manual and CNC turning to support precision manufacturing of micro-components for semiconductor and high-tech industries. The role requires strong hands‑on machining capability, attention to tight tolerances, and experience working with small, intricate parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC lathe machines for precision components.
• Perform micro‑machining of small, high‑precision parts (tight tolerances, fine features).
• Interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and process requirements.
• Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
• Conduct in‑process inspection using precision instruments (micrometer, vernier, microscope, etc.).
• Ensure parts meet strict quality and surface finish requirements.
