Job Description
Role
- Set up and operate CNCAuto-lathemachines according to specifications and production yield
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with other machinists and engineers to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures, workplace regulations, and keep the work area organised (5S principles).
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed according to the Company’s ISO 9001 requirements.
- Mentor trainee machinists, provide guidance and training on best practices when required.
