CNC Machining Lead: 3–5 Axis, Tooling & Readiness

Apex Resource Management is seeking a CNC Machining Manager to lead key production activities in a hands-on manufacturing setting. Located in Leamington Spa, this role involves overseeing CNC machinery set-up and tooling and managing team workloads.

The ideal candidate will possess strong CNC operational knowledge and supervisory experience, ensuring the efficiency and readiness of CNC machines in the production process. The position offers a competitive pay rate of £45,000 – £55,000 per annum.
