Your Mission
As a CMDB Steward, you will act, for one of our client, as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) and governance facilitator, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable configuration data across domains.
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening CMDB health, driving continuous improvement, and enabling better decision-making through trusted data.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Quality & Governance
Monitor CMDB health and detect inconsistencies (missing CIs, orphan records, broken relationships, etc.)
Identify, track, and escalate data breaches to the appropriate stakeholders
Lead CMDB Health reviews and quality audits
Advisory & Expertise
Provide guidance on CMDB governance, lifecycle standards, and relationship modeling
Support CI Managers and Data Owners with best practices
