Experience

• 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years owning a digital P&L or multi-property portfolio — hospitality, travel, lifestyle retail, or premium consumer brands.
• Demonstrated experience marketing a luxury or upper‑upscale brand; familiarity with select‑service/corporate segments is a plus.
• Direct experience with hotel commercial systems and channels (CRS, PMS, OTAs, metasearch, etc).
• Track record of running and measuring paid‑media programmes (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, metasearch) with agency partners.
