Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster to ensure
consistency in performance and customer experience.
● Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to achieve individual store targets and
overall cluster goals.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rate,
average transaction value, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.
● Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and promotional
campaigns effectively across all stores.
● Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, and visual merchandising in
all stores.● Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational compliance and identify areas of
improvement.
