Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all clublevel rooms and lounges are functioning properly
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment (TVs speakers projectors) in club lounges
- Ensure smooth running of entertainment systems and guest-use technology.
- Ensure technical readiness of clublevel guest areas.
- Respond promptly to service calls or technical issues reported by staff or guests.
- Assist in setting up special VIP events in club areas
- Maintain tools and spare parts inventory.
- Request or restock needed equipment or supplies for technical upkeep.
- Respond to technical issues reported by guests in clublevel rooms or lounges.
- Ensure all facilities are in top condition for VIPs and higher-tier loyalty guests.
