Cloud Support Engineer/Specialist
Qualified candidate will provide unified production management support for NTT DATA’s cloud infrastructure, using cutting‑edge systems and processes that form the core of our key business. Responsibilities include automating failure detection and health restoration, and driving continuous risk and cost focus.
Responsibilities
- Perform Cloud Infrastructure Support activities as part of the Firm’s Technical Infrastructure team.
- Improve infrastructure stability and performance by analyzing patterns, recurring failures, and advising application owners on permanent fixes.
- Manage incidents by effectively troubleshooting issues and assessing risks in a production environment.
