Cloud Support Engineer (Junior) Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of public cloud services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, and security.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud resources based on customer and business requirements.
- Respond to customer technical enquiries and provide first-level technical support, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and meeting notes to support project delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations, customer training, and operational guidance to help customers effectively use cloud services.
