Cloud Software Manager

As a Software Engineering Manager (Cloud), you shall build and manage a Cloud Scrum team in Dubai operating under Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model by providing strategic leadership guidance and technical mentorship. Your primary mission is to ensure a high-performing engineering team in Dubai that works collaboratively with our existing teams in Singapore and China to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of technical milestones.

• Manage the Cloud scrum team in Dubai and foster a supportive and productive environment that leads to success. Oversee the selection / recruitment of key staff for the team operating under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) mode.
