Cloud Platform Engineer

The Role

: Deliver secure, reliable cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Build and evolve cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automated delivery practices, implementing architect-defined designs as well-formed backlog items. Partner with engineering, security, and platform teams to deliver scalable, compliant services and provide L3 engineering support through root-cause analysis and backlog-driven remediation.

Area of Responsibility:

Maintain Daily/Weekly visibility and progress with Engineering team(s) of tasks and project deliverables

Manage cloud delivery work in Jira (epics/stories/tasks) with clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done

Provide L3 engineering support by triaging escalations, completing root-cause analysis, and driving corrective work through the backlog (coordinate via ServiceNow as needed)

Surface blockers, risks, and dependencies (network, identity...
