Job Scope
Reliability & Incident Leadership: Maintain production platforms to meet strict uptime SLAs, lead high‑severity incident responses to drive down MTTR, and perform deep‑dive RCAs.
IaC & Automation: Design and automate secure cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and implement DevSecOps‑aligned CI/CD pipelines.
Operations Engineering: Optimize multi‑cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to scale self‑healing capabilities and reduce operational noise.
Governance & Support: Review and approve operational changes, maintain architectural documentation, and provide technical mentorship to junior on‑call engineers.
