Job Description
Key Responsibilities
AMS Governance & Operations
- Own architecture governance for SAP systems managed under AMS.
- Ensure SLA, SLO, and KPI commitments are consistently achieved.
- Provide L3/L4 support guidance for critical SAP incidents.
- Lead root cause analysis and permanent resolution initiatives.
- Improve runbooks, SOPs, and operational standards.
SAP Landscape Management
- Support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and SAP BTP environments.
- Maintain system availability, performance, and stability.
- Manage refreshes, client copies, transport routes, and upgrades.
- Support SAP kernel, database, and patch maintenance activities.
GCP Operations & Optimization
- Manage Compute Engine resources and optimization activities.
- Design storage, backup, networking, and load-balancing solutions.
- Monitor platform health through Cloud Operations Suite.
