Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer (Azure) (Tejupilco de Hidalgo)

As a Cloud Engineer II at Ellucian, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure that powers our SaaS solutions for higher education. As Ellucian continues its transformation into an AI‑First organization, our cloud environments play a critical role in enabling secure, scalable, and reliable application services. In this role, you will support the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our cloud platform while collaborating across engineering, operations, and security teams.

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Support the deployment and configuration of cloud applications and services, ensuring smooth integration and consistent operation across environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining system reliability.
