Everest is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trials IWRS Monitor based in Ontario. This role involves supporting the Everest IWRS/IRT system, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data accuracy. You will act as the main point of contact for users, coordinating with developers, and conducting testing and training to ensure system efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for CTT Users via helpdesk
• Analyze client requests and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor data quality with daily and weekly checks
• Oversee database changes and maintain documentation
