Clinical Therapist – Crisis Stabilization Role

IWK Health is hiring a Clinical Therapist to support urgent care mental health and addiction patients. Your role will focus on providing brief interventions for clients facing immediate crises.

This Clinical Therapist position reports to the Clinical Manager and centers around helping patients who arrive at the emergency department and need brief stabilization. You will perform comprehensive assessments, create and implement treatment plans, and offer supporting interventions until long-term treatment begins. Your expertise will directly impact children and youth struggling with mental health challenges.
