We are seeking a Clinical Standards Lead, a professional role reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. The Post Holder works in close collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure quality and operational Target Performance Levels (TPL's) by providing clinical expertise and judgment. The Post Holder will be called upon to provide clinical support to FA's from Stage 3 according to business needs and requirements.
