Clinical Social Worker — Hemodialysis Patient Care

Diaverum Saudi Arabia seeks a Social Care professional to join a multidisciplinary team supporting hemodialysis patients from diverse backgrounds. You will contribute to psychosocial assessments and counseling, documentation, and patient experience improvements.

You will receive training to develop clinical and behavioral skills and participate in development projects including research in social care. Arabic fluency and basic English are required.
