Role Overview

Clinical Services Manager (Registered Nurse) – full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Located in Nelson, Tasman, at Stillwater Lifecare & Village – a 69‑bed care home and 43‑unit village. Application closes 15 Jul 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to clinical teams to deliver high‑quality care.
• Ensure residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well‑being.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practising certificate, ideally in aged care.
• Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
