Clinical Psychologist

Our Care Model advocates for Person Centred Care for seniors living in the Nursing Home by transforming care environments to foster genuine human connection and resident empowerment. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in supporting psychological well‑being, behavioural care planning, and mental health intervention within a multidisciplinary team (MDT).

You will work closely with nursing, medical, allied health, and case management teams to assess and manage psychological and behavioural needs of residents. Your work will help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that promotes psycho‑emotional wellness, reduces distress behaviours, and enhances overall resident well‑being and engagement.
