Clinical Psychologist Eating Disorders

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals presenting with a range of eating disorders from anorexia nervosa to binge eating disorder.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient utilizing therapeutic modalities such as CBT-E, DBT, and FBT.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for patients to explore underlying psychological issues and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
